Parkwood is a compact, well-established pocket of Perth’s south-east, with most of its homes and both local schools, Lynwood Senior High and Parkwood Primary, built through the mid-1970s, even though Parkwood itself wasn’t officially gazetted as its own suburb until 1993. That means the plumbing in most Parkwood homes is now well past the point where original pipework and early hot water systems need close attention. Our team has plenty of experience working across established homes of this era, delivering practical, long-term fixes.
When you call Ausco, you’re choosing a Parkwood plumber who understands the local area and delivers dependable, straightforward service every time.
Parkwood’s established 1970s housing stock creates a familiar set of plumbing challenges:
Homes from Parkwood’s original 1970s development are now decades old, and pipework from that era can develop corrosion, leaks and reduced pressure. We assess and upgrade systems to restore reliability.
Decades of established gardens across Parkwood can lead to root intrusion into underground pipes. We use CCTV inspections and high-pressure jetting to clear blockages and prevent recurrence.
Older or heavily used hot water systems in established homes can become unreliable over time. We repair and replace units to restore consistent performance.
Parkwood packs a lot of established homes into a small area, so plumbing issues in one property (root intrusion, ageing mains) are often a sign neighbouring homes of the same era are due for a check too.
We offer a range of plumbing and gas services in Parkwood , delivered by licensed professionals with a focus on reliability and quality.
View review on GoogleMy hot water pressure was very low. Turned out I needed to replace my hot water system which was 16 years old…Josh installed a brand new one, took away the old & my hot water pressure is PERFECT! Josh was extremely efficient, professional & polite! An absolute credit to your team at Ausco 🎉🎉🎉
View review on GoogleI had a major water leak and contacted Ausco. After explaining the issue over the phone, they quoted me a price and locked in a time to repair. Not only were they on time to repair but they also charged me less than quoted as the repair took less time than expected. Highly recommend this business.

We were looking for service providers and got feedback from Mark and another plumber during night. Continuing by some clear information exchanges and I decided to use Ausco.
Michael came in the very early morning with AUSCO full powerfull workshop. High pressure jetter machine and CCTV were used during work, no call out fee.
The double rainbow was very nice this morning, so was the service and its resonable cost.

View review on GoogleMark came to our rescue after we had a pipe burst in the first week of the year, leaving us without water. I found him through a google maps search and he was able to fit us in the next day. He was super professional, explained every step and the price was reasonable considering it was an emergency job. Even the insurance people told us he had done an excellent work. Thanks Mark

Absolutely. We use CCTV drain inspections to confirm root intrusion and high-pressure jetting to clear the blockage and reduce the chance of it recurring.
Signs include inconsistent water temperature, reduced hot water supply, strange noises, leaks or rising energy bills. We can assess your system and recommend whether repair or replacement makes more sense.
No. Parkwood wasn't gazetted as its own suburb until 1993, so some older records and services still reference Lynwood or Willetton for the same streets. We know the area regardless of which name your address shows, and it has no bearing on how we quote or carry out the work.
