He is clearly very knowledgeable & gave us several options to fix it. We decided to get a new system (the old one was over 30 years old, it had to go!). He came back the same day to remove the old unit & replace with a temp so we didn’t have to go without hot water in the middle of winter! Mark returned 2 days later to install, having to move pavers & navigate through a brick wall. All was cleaned up immaculately when the job was completed. Mark was extremely reliable, answered calls & texts & communicated with us the entire way. He came when he said he would, did a brilliant job, & his prices were very fair & reasonable. When I started ringing around and engaging plumbers, the price and level of service seemed to vary enormously so I decided to ask family and friends for a good recommendation. Mark from Ausco was recommended, he came out to inspect the issue and gave us a quote and photos to show our root bound terracotta pipes. He even talked to my husband on the phone, who was at work, to explain the issue.
