He is clearly very knowledgeable & gave us several options to fix it. We decided to get a new system (the old one was over 30 years old, it had to go!). He came back the same day to remove the old unit & replace with a temp so we didn’t have to go without hot water in the middle of winter! Mark returned 2 days later to install, having to move pavers & navigate through a brick wall. All was cleaned up immaculately when the job was completed. Mark was extremely reliable, answered calls & texts & communicated with us the entire way. He came when he said he would, did a brilliant job, & his prices were very fair & reasonable. When I started ringing around and engaging plumbers, the price and level of service seemed to vary enormously so I decided to ask family and friends for a good recommendation. Mark from Ausco was recommended, he came out to inspect the issue and gave us a quote and photos to show our root bound terracotta pipes. He even talked to my husband on the phone, who was at work, to explain the issue. On the day of the job he was friendly, neat and tidy and always communicated what he was doing and his prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Ausco Plumbing and gas.
